Description

Provides the functionality to convert a provisionioning config.Pipeline into v2 YAML model v2.Configuration which can be dropped in the pipeline config folder.

Quick checks:

  • I have followed the Code Guidelines.
  • There is no other pull request for the same update/change.

  • I have made sure that the PR is of reasonable size and can be easily reviewed.
